Until when can a customer cancel their reservation? Also, what is the cancellation fee?
If you would like to cancel your reservation, please cancel 15 days before the check-in date. If later than this date, we will have to charge the cancellation fees shown below.

How many persons at the maximum can stay in one room?
All of our rooms are twin bed rooms, and 2 persons at the maximum can stay in one room.
Can customers send luggage the accommodation in advance?
Yes. Please write down 「the reservation name」 and 「check-in date」 and send to the below address.
*We are afraid that it is impossible to accept luggage with nameless on the delivery ticket.

Sorry, we do not have parking lot. Customers can use the public parking lot nearest to our accommodation. We will show you the location.

Yes, we provide free high-speed wire internet and wireless Wifi.
What is the room rate for children?
Children under 6 years old can share a bed with an adult, and it is free of charge. One bed can be shared with 1 child.
Can the accommodation decorate the room in advance for birthdays or anniversaries?
Yes, if we receive customers notice in advance, we can arrange this. For the price or cake arrangement, please contact us in advance. Thank you.
Can pets stay at the hotel?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed to stay at our hotel.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodation?
